Over half of American workers work for or own a small business. Our team has been in both situations both as employee and business owner. Our family has been been involved with and owned small, local businesses for 3 generations: pizza shops, a sign shop, a hair salon, an irrigation company, restaurants, hardware stores, construction companies, and a pub.
